High Court grants interim injunction in Play It passing off case

In a passing off claim brought by the video game manufacturer Play It, whose logo includes a red ball, the High Court has granted an interim injunction prohibiting the defendant from using the name "I-play" in conjunction with a red ball logo in relation to video games marketed on internet websites.
