Outsourcing agreement: shorter form

Specimen outsourcing agreement which is primarily for use in relation to the outsourcing of less complex, non-IT or non-IT enabled services. It is designed for use where the services are being outsourced for the first time on a long-term basis and covers the transfer of employees to the supplier, and the transfer of assets where appropriate. Where the services that are being outsourced are IT or IT-enabled services, or other complex services (including most business process or financial services outsourcing arrangements) the Outsourcing agreement: long form should be used.
